Charlotte Saunt BSc Hons
Charlotte's Background: Charlotte is an enthusiastic sports massage therapist who is able to communicate well with others; trainers, therapists and clients.
She first attended Mint Condition in 2002 for a two week work experience placement, where Charlotte was able to see how the business worked and shadow trainers. Charlotte then rejoined Mint in 2004 whilst studying a BTEC National Diploma in Sport Development and Fitness at Alton College. As well as studying, Charlotte took pride in working part time with clients and slowly building her confidence as a trainer as well as developing her interpersonal skills to progress in further life. After 2 years of creating a new and revived Charlotte she then went onto study with Premier International qualifying with level 2, fitness instructing and level 3 personal training.
Following that Charlotte decided to pursue a career as a sports therapist where she would learn interventions such as sports massage, electrotherapies amongst other techniques to rehabilitate sporting injuries. Undertaking a BSc Hons degree in Sports Therapy at University College Birmingham, Charlotte enhanced her knowledge, confidence, personality and, with her ever growing passion for the job, has re-joined the Mint Condition team. After 5 years of first stepping through the doors as a school-girl, Charlotte is now a valid and self-assured sports therapist who endeavours to provide a high quality service to each and every client every time. Continually striving for success.
