Welcome to Mint Condition, Personal Training is what we are all about, be it in the gym or personal dietary advice, we make it personal.

New Gym.

Our new gym will enable you to exercise in addition to your personal training sessions. We are offering a limited number of the new “MINT Memberships" which allows members to use the gym anytime plus one personal training session every month to ensure they are working effectively and continuing to improve. The new “LOFT” room is amazing.
I wanted a space which is tranquil, quiet and personal. We will be using the Loft for Personal Training, Small Group Yoga, Pilates and Stretching Classes. It's a wonderful space.


New Class Studio.
I have always dream't of my own studio. You may be aware that when I started Mint, I taught 22 classes a week whilst building my personal training clientele, I never had a problem getting to sleep at night! The classes are all about enjoying yourself whilst getting fit. We have a super sound system and will be running many different classes which I hope you will all come and enjoy. The buzz after a great class is just awesome! I'm looking forward to getting back into teaching and seeing you in Mint Condition soon!
